Cheese sandwiches with sauce and chicken liver
The liver - useful and tasty product. You can cook many different dishes. I offer you a sandwich. I only put the liver slices on the cheese... cake. And delicious thick sauce. I invite you to take a look!

Prepare the base for sandwiches. Beat the yolks to a froth. Add the flour, baking powder, cheese. Proteins separately vzbit with salt to sharp peaks. Gradually and gently add the whites to the dough, carefully vymeshivaem. Bake 25-30 min. at a temperature of 180*.

Chicken liver wash, peel and cut into small pieces. Scald in a colander with boiling water. Onion cut into half rings. Fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.

To make the sauce. Chicken fillet grind in a blender. In a bowl mix the meat, sour cream, tomato sauce, cooled onion, salt, grated clove of garlic, adjika. My chicken was dry, I poured half a teaspoon. Meat don't add it all at once. With it you can adjust thickness of sauce.
