Cottage cheese casserole with sour cream and berries
Perfect recipe and basic method of cooking my favorite cheese casserole. With fresh berries - one more tidbit, especially for Breakfast, with a Cup of morning coffee. In the summer, this pudding is safely possible to cook a dessert on the festive table, the taste and appearance will outshine any store-bought cake.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    130 g

  • Sour cream

    120 g

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Strawberry

    100 g

  • Raspberry

    100 g

  • Blueberries

    100 g

  • Mint

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Tablespoon all-purpose sugar Mistral put into grinder and grind into powder.

Cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, corn starch, semolina, vanilla sugar put into a blender.

Whisk everything until smooth.

Form for baking grease with butter, the bottom is better vystelit parchment. Pour cheese mass in the form. Bake at 170* for 50-60 minutes. The middle needs a little shake. Leave in turned-off oven for another hour. Then put in the fridge for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.

From cream and sugar to whip the cream before you put the casserole in the refrigerator, cover generously with cream top. When the cream hardens, put fresh berries, sprinkled with powdered sugar, decorate with mint leaves.
