Roll of pita
My acquaintance with rolls of pita began 5 years ago. I saw in the transfer of cooking recipe prepared and were disappointed. Sausage cheese and boiled eggs to RUB on a fine grater, red fish, bell pepper cut in small cubes. Cucumber slice it into thin strips. Finely chopped herbs. Mix cheese, eggs, herbs, sauce, knead well, add pepper. Salt to taste.
On work surface lay out a sheet of lavash, put one quarter of the filling, a well-to-iron, spread on top half of fish and slices of cucumber, a quarter of the filling. Cover with a second sheet of lavash. On him again and stuffing the remains of fish.
Turn tight rolls, wrap in plastic wrap, in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
