Original replacement sandwiches with caviar. The guests loved it!

The dough is flaky unleavened

The dough a little roll out and cut with knife pattern flatware blanks. The transition between the handle and the spoon do not thin or they'll break.
Put "spoons" of dough on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Grease is not necessary. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until Golden brown.
Ready spoon a little reduced in size. Cover the spoon to cut with a knife to get a small indentation.
Spread with unsalted butter and eggs. The filling can be replaced at will.
