Baked meatballs in Kharkiv
Simple in execution and affordable product recipe for homemade, hearty and delicious. These meatballs are delicious both hot and cold. You can take them with you to work or camping.

To prepare the meatballs, take the rice "Orient" from "Mistral".
Pour the rice with water according to the instructions on the package 1 to 2, bring to the boil and cook until soft 15 minutes on low heat.
While cooking the rice, cut into cubes onions, grate the carrots. Oil fry half of the onion and the carrot until it will turn brown. Remove onions and carrots in a bowl.

Add to the mushrooms, the remaining chopped onion, salt and fry for a few minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
Take the minced meat, I got pork, add fried onions and carrots.
Add to the mince slightly cooled rice.
Put the egg, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, salt and dry dill, all thoroughly kneaded.
Take a baking dish. I took the pan for a portioned supply and great shape. Great shape made the paper for baking pan greased with oil. Of minced meat formed meatballs in the meatballs. Put them into a form with fingers or glass make in the middle deepening.
In deepening put a tablespoon of fried mushrooms.
