Salad
Juicy orange, crisp cabbage, red onion, olives and a zesty dressing. A wonderful salad to meat and fish.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olives

    80 g

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Orange peel, disassembled into slices, slice segments.

Cabbage to chop.

Olives cut into slices. Bow clean, cut rings.

For dressing mix the honey, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano. Beat.

Put in a bowl the cabbage, oranges, onions and olives. Cover with the sauce.

Let stand 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
