Strudel with meat
For a long time and often make a strudel! It turns out very hearty, tasty, fragrant and quite simple! In hot or cold are equally interesting!

Knead the dough from flour, 0,5 tsp salt, vegetable oil, vinegar and 4-5 tbsp water. Dough put on floured Board. In a ceramic bowl that size, so you can cover the dough pour boiling water and as soon as it warms up, drain the water and cover with a wet dough. After 15 minutes the bowl has cooled, remove it from the dough, re-heated. This a repeat 3 times. Thanks to him, the dough will be more elastic.
In butter sauté for 5 minutes, sliced mushrooms, onion half-rings and slices of tomatoes (you can add bell pepper strips). Season with salt and pepper. Soak bread in warm water, squeeze well. Chop the garlic and add to the minced meat together with bread, salt, pepper, nutmeg and egg. Give everything a good stir.
The dough thinly roll out on floured Board, giving it a rectangular shape. Thinly slice the cheese, lay the slices on the dough. On top of cheese evenly distribute the stuffing on it - fried vegetables.
To roll the strudel. Well to take the edge. Spread on oiled baking sheet, drizzle with the remaining vegetable oil. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven. 5 minutes until ready to coat the strudel with a mixture of egg yolk with milk.
