Cheese pancakes with dill
For lovers of cheese cakes. Very tasty, slightly salty. You can do with dill and without it.

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Separate the yolks from proteins and vzbit with milk.

Add finely chopped dill, mix well. The dough was like liquid sour cream.

Bake on greased pan until Golden, crisp crust. I did just cheese pancakes to hate dill.
