Through trial and error found the technology of preparing the persistent an omelette. The omelet is thick, tasty, high. The omelet is usually prepared in a frying pan with various fillings: with tomatoes, cheese, bread, sausage, mussels, shrimp, but the eggs, even if raised on high, when filing on the table fell, becoming almost flat.
