Roasted peppers for the winter
Still nobody remained indifferent to this appetizer of peppers in a spicy marinade with garlic and chili pepper. Prepared quickly, stored all winter (unless, of course, do not eat before) :)

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    50 g

  • Pepper

    10 piece

Bulgarian pepper to wash, dry and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Ponytails do not tear.

Prepare the dressing. Garlic and hot pepper minced (I finely cut hands, can blender), add salt, sugar and vinegar.

Dressing stir well to salt and sugar is dissolved.

Lay the peppers in a sterilized jar alternating with the filling, close the lid. When cool put in the refrigerator. After 2 days, the snack is ready to eat in my refrigerator well stored all winter.
