Salad with peppers and onions
This year we have in the country a huge harvest of peppers and I completely forgot about this recipe that I remembered and decided to share with You. Is easy, and it turns out for the winter snacks, I invite you to try.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Sunflower oil

    250 ml

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

    250 ml

Clean the pepper and cut into pieces (the size you can choose, I prefer larger)

Put the peppers in a pan and cut onion into half rings, add all the remaining ingredients. All brought to a boil and boil on low heat for 10-15 min and rolled into pre-sterilized jars. The jars I keep in the closet on the balcony. Bon appetit)
