    500 ml

  • Bran

    1 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    5 piece

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

These are products that we need. The thrill can add a pinch of red pepper.

Dried fruits are washed and treated with boiling water. Prunes are finely chopped.
