Summer beet soup
We all love summer and of course, all sorts of summer soups. Today I want to offer you a very tasty and easy to prepare Beetroot summer soup - Friedge. It has long been known, but I have my own way and serve this soup. This beet friedge long as I can remember, my mom cooked, now I cook. I slightly changed the pitch and don't use citric acid in cooking.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Radishes

    10 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Greens

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Water

Cooking

Put a pot of water and boil. I used the kettle boiled and poured into the pan, but for now "no fuss" boil in a saucepan.

Potatoes and beets boil. Boil eggs, too.

Cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes and greens cut.

When the water in the saucepan has cooled, add all the prepared chopped vegetables, the only vegetable is definitely beets grate on a coarse grater. Season with salt to taste. All the soup is ready!!!

Any friedge with beets need a Supplement, I offer you three options: 1. I added to the theme of helpful hints: freeze lemon. Here it may be useful: rubbed frozen lemon and added his plate a bit, to taste.

Add the mustard any: simple, very"evil" or Dijon grain.

Add horseradish, freshly grated or purchased in jars.
