Delicious filling borschova
It is time for fresh vegetables!? What could be better than a juicy red beet?) Just soup out of it:) Take a few hours to prepare borshchova refueling in the summer and enjoy a delicious soup all winter, no problems, in minutes! The recipe is very simple to prepare, but will be indispensable in the kitchen:)

Ingredients

  • Beets

    3 kg

  • Pepper

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash beets, cook until tender, peel.

Wash, peel peppers and onions. Peppers and onions cut into cubes (julienne)

Grate in a large saucepan beets, add the peppers, onions. Add remaining ingredients (oil, vinegar, water, salt, sugar). Mix everything and put on fire for about an hour, occasionally stir.

Then fill sterilized jars with our delicious filling, closing, turn and wrap it up in a polotenechko to cool!:) From the number of ingredients turned out 6 half-liter cans.
