A cheese sandwich and caramel Apple
Basic and quick recipe, but a nice combination of cheese and Apple slices in caramel, will make any Breakfast or brunch special.

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    2 slice

  • Bun

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

On a dry pan caramelize the sugar, not stirred. If the sugar melts unevenly, it is possible to distribute the sugar, tilting the pan, like for baking pancakes. Caramel color is at Your discretion, but it is better to do not too dark.
