Salad
The second option is a quick blank. The taste is tangy. But very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Squash

    3 kg

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    380 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

Cooking

Spread the squash in a pot, fill with water and put it on the stove. After boiling, cook for 8-10 minutes. Then in a colander to drained.

Then all the vegetables grind in a meat grinder.

I took the green pepper first and the color turned out like this, but you can take the one that you like.

To the vegetables add the butter and tomato, stir.

Then sugar, salt, pepper and stir again thoroughly.

A pan put on medium heat until boiling. When it boils, reduce the fire and cook for 30 minutes. 5 minutes before end of cooking add vinegar.
