Cooking
Slice the eggplants lengthwise into 2 parts. If the big - 4 parts. Boil in salted water 2-3 minutes until tender. Not to digest.
Ready eggplant to put in cold water for a few minutes. When they are cool, squeeze well.
Slice the eggplant into slices of about 1 cm.
Chop the onion and peppers, add to the eggplant.
Non-small-slice the cucumbers and tomatoes. Also add to vegetables.
Add the chopped garlic and greens.
Add spices: salt to taste, red pepper and black (about 0.5 tsp), soy sauce, vinegar 3-4 drops of sunflower oil 80-100 ml.
Mix well. In a few hours the salad is ready to eat.
