Sauce Ratatouille with spaghetti
Offer to cook a delicious and rich sauce that taste very similar to the French dish "Ratatouille". The sauce is perfect for any kinds of pasta and macaroni.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    100 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    40 ml

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Spaghetti

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

Eggplant and zucchini to wash. Eggplant slice on a plate and place in salted cold water for 10 minutes, to go the extra bitterness.

Then the eggplant and zucchini cut into cubes.

Peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes.

Tomatoes, pepper and garlic, wash, chop and place in blender.

Grind.

Onion, zucchini, and eggplant fried in olive oil until soft over high heat.

Then add the tomato-pepper mixture and saute 5 minutes over low heat.

Next, add Kikkoman soy sauce and pepper, mix well and saute for 2 minutes. The sauce is ready.

In a saucepan, boil water with 2 tsp. soy sauce Kikkoman, add spaghetti and cook in accordance with the instructions on the package. Drain spaghetti, do not rinse them with cold water. Mix with sauce "Ratatouille", and then arrange on plates.
