Cherry balsamic vinegar
Now is the season for cherries. You can cook a lot of delicious of this fruit. I want to share a favorite recipe of cherry vinegar, which is harvested from the "prostack" as we have called simple cherry. Vinegar this recipe turns out with a fruity rich aroma, a good replacement of expensive Italian balsamic vinegar. Every year prepare 2-3 servings, enough for the whole year. Vinegar is used in salads, added to vegetables, meats and your favorite dishes. The recipe is very simple!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    2 cup

  • Vinegar

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

Cooking

2 cups washed cherry (glass two hundred and fifty grams) put into a container, which will prepare the vinegar. Hands well to crush the berries.

Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar

Now cinnamon

Lemon zest

Add Apple cider vinegar (I have home)

After boiling, cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes

Pour into a sterile quart jar, cover with a lid. Once cooled, put in refrigerator for 2 days.

After two days strain the vinegar into a sterile vessel. (cake with seeds discarded). In the photo I have two of them.

Store in the refrigerator.
