Cake
Recipe a unique cake from the book "Pies and cakes: easy and delicious". Complicated (by my standards), so long waiting in the wings. But the result is worth it! Delicate, aromatic cottage cheese-chocolate delicacy with almonds and lemon... Out of this amount of products it turns out a large cake on a baking sheet.

  • Yeast

  • Sugar

  • Lemon peel

  • Pudding

    1.5 pack

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    1 kg

  • Vanilla sugar

    30 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

Knead the dough (flour, warm milk, yeast, sugar, oil). Add a pinch of salt, zest from 1 lemon. Give him a little stand in a warm place to increase in volume by about half (about 40 minutes).

To prepare pudding weight take 6 tbsp milk, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, mix them with the contents of the bags (I sometimes substitute in recipes pudding powder to starch if it is not). In the remaining milk put butter and remaining sugar, pudding intended for the masses, bring to a boil, remove from heat, add the prepared mixture (continuously stir while!). Pudding mixture again brought to a boil and cook, lightly stirring, for 1 minute on low heat. Remove from the heat and cooled.

Do cottage cheese (top layer). Curd mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Detachable egg whites from yolks. Add yolks to the cottage cheese, proteins put in the refrigerator (we'll beat). Add in cottage cheese zest from the second lemon, 2 pinches salt, almonds. Mix everything.

Vystelim a baking tray with baking paper, dough, making the boards.

Distribute on top of cheese. In the original recipe on top of the curd mass should still sprinkle 50 g of raisins, I did without it.

Egg for pudding, also divide, separate the yolks from the whites. The yolks should be mixed in the cooled pudding a lot. All proteins (6 pieces, well chilled!!!) whisk in a solid foam.

Mix the protein foam with pudding. The resulting mass spread on cake top.

Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at a temperature of 160 deg. Bake until Golden brown (cooking time in the book – about 1 hour 10 minutes, orientirueshsya on your oven). Allow to cool. Finally!!! Good appetite, good mood to You all!
