Souffle of liver with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    0.5 kg

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Vermicelli

    2 pack

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

The liver (I have chicken) grind in a blender along with onion, carrots and boiled mushrooms (I mushrooms white, but you can use any). Instant noodles chop and add to "ground".

There add the flour and the egg yolks.

Beat the whites with the salt in a stable foam and pour in the received weight. All season with salt and pepper.

Put in greased with vegetable oil form. Top lubricated sour cream.

Bake in the oven at 180* until Golden color.
