Cooking
Primarily for pickling onions. For this onions in small cubes cut. Add soy sauce and lemon juice. Meanwhile disassemble boiled meat on fiber or cut into small dice.
Cucumber and tomato cut into small cubes.
Eggs grate on a coarse grater. To collect the salad layers: 1) meat 2) eggs+sour cream or mayonnaise 3) cucumber 4) pickled onion+mayonnaise 5) tomatoes 6) garnish with sprig of parsley
