Rolls of Armenian lavash is always a great appetizer to any table. Offer the option with fish filling.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    4 piece

  • Fish fillets

    600 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Mayonnaise

  • Ketchup

Cooking

Fish boil in salted water.

Cool. Mash with a fork.

The first sheet of lavash lubricated over the entire surface with mayonnaise, which added the garlic. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Top lay a second sheet of lavash. On it lay a fish fillet.

The third sheet greased with ketchup and sprinkle with chopped greens.

On the fourth sheet lay grated cucumber. And squeeze excess juice.

Sarchiver leaves stuffed loaf. Allow to soak for several hours (at least two).
