Trachypachinae soup with beans stewed
Old Russian recipe, slightly adapted to modern times. Meatless option. The recipe of these soup - three kinds of cabbage - sauerkraut, fresh cabbage and kohlrabi. It's sooo tasty - try it!

First boil beans. I have not soaked, so a little kidney bean seethe. I took the beans "Mistral" Pinto. By the way - you know that if you soak the beans, then cooked grains remain intact. But if cooking from dry - the beans fall apart better. Proven by experience.
