Marble brownies with blackberries and blueberries
Velvet test structure, a lot of chocolate, creamy with a layer of tart berry. For me personally this is the most favorite and delicious brownie in the world. Harmony of taste and a true delight!!! Help yourself and of course cook for health.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream cheese

    300 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Berry

    100 g

Prepare cheese layer. Mix whisk cream cheese, room temperature, sugar and egg yolk.

Chocolate break into pieces, butter cut into cubes. In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter until smooth. Remove from water bath and add the brown sugar 200 grams Mistral and vanilla sugar. Stir with a whisk. Give mass to cool slightly for 10 minutes.

Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder. In the cooled chocolate add eggs and white, mix with a whisk.

A rectangular or square shape 21 x 21 cm zastelil with parchment paper and oil it with vegetable oil. Spread 3/4 of the chocolate batter. Spread on top of the cheese mass.

Cover with the remaining chocolate dough, take a wooden skewer and some times we perform the test in an arbitrary direction to create a marble pattern.

Put the blackberries and blueberries and pressed the berry into the batter. Put the form in a preheated 160 degree oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes. The crust edges should seize, and the middle should be slightly firm to the touch but not hard. If the check is a match, then it should come up with a small amount of moist crumbs clinging. Let cool, remove parchment and cut brownies into small pieces. Enjoy!!!
