Fish lavash rolls
My version rolls of pita. Looked through the recipes and the same is not found.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 pack

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Greens

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Prepare the filling. Cut onion and fennel.

MNU boiled eggs with a fork or finely chop.

Canned together with a liquid mash with a fork until smooth.

Leaves lavash cut in half. It turns out 6 sheets. 3 for each loaf. Spread one sheet with mayonnaise.

Spread it evenly on half of green. Put on top of the second sheet, lightly crush it and coat with mayonnaise.

Spread half of the egg mass. Put third sheet, crush and coat it with mayonnaise.

Spread half of the fish mass.

Collapsible roll. In the same sequence making the second loaf.

Put each roll in a bag and put in freezer for 20-30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
