Roll of pita with vegetables and canned food
The recipe for this version of the pita bread I tried for the first time with a friend. I really liked it, especially that cooked very quickly. A great snack in a hurry.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Mayonnaise

  • Cheese

Cooking

Fry the carrots and onions.

Finely mash with a fork saury.

Spread half a sheet of lavash bread with mayonnaise and the other with melted cheese.

Evenly spread the fish with carrots and onions.

Twisted loaf.

Put to soak in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cut with a sharp knife and serve. Bon appetit!
