Roll of pita
Rolls of pita - it's always fast and delicious. So many different fillings for these rolls. Look through all the recipes, but such filling is not found. Maybe someone will be useful, and my version.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Adyghe cheese

    100 g

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Cut the pita into 8 pieces

Adyghe cheese cut into small wedges and put on pita bread.

Mix mayonnaise with garlic. Teaspoon put a little of the mayonnaise to the carrot. On top of the greens.

Roll (like stuffed cabbage rolls turn). Fry in vegetable oil on both sides. The rolls are juicy and delicious.
