The dough for pies, cakes and donuts. Delicious and quick dough for pies and pies with various toppings, for baking and roasting in vegetable oil and yeast donuts that our family loves with honey and with condensed milk.

Cooking
Make the dough: 1 Cup warm water dissolve 1 tablespoon of dry yeast, add 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, flour like pancakes and allow to rise (20 minutes, maybe quicker if in a warm place to put it).
When the dough is ready, add 1 Cup warm milk, 1 tbsp. l. sliv. oil or cream, 1-2 tbsp Rast oil, 2 eggs, knead not abrupt dough. At once to make cakes.

I did with two sweet fillings: eggs + greens, mashed potatoes + liver + popochki chicken in these patties I fried in vegetable oil.
And sweet: grated Apple + sugar + a bit of potato starch (to keep the stuffing from leaking) – these pies I baked in the oven.
