Birthday cake Smorodinka
Soft, fragrant, soaked in the cake. Cottage cheese-creamy layer in combination with black currant. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katya called birthday cake Smorodinka and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Black currants

    250 g

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Water

    0.333 cup

Cooking

Knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough, to shift into a shape (diameter 25 cm). Bake for 12-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 gr.

The cake is very fragile, it is better to bake in the form in which the cake will be in the future. Better with a removable ring.

Jelly pour the juice, stir. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Add the berries, leaving a handful for decoration.

Remove from heat, allow to cool.

Pour the cake filling, levelling. Remove in the cold for 15 minutes.

To prepare the cream layer. Soak gelatine (1/3 Cup water). In the curd add sugar, yolks and vanilla.

Mix well. Gelatin to dissolve in a water bath, drain, add to the cream.

Spread the cream on the soaked layer of the cake, flatten. Decorate with currants. Put into the refrigerator until complete hardening of the cream, it took me one hour.
