Chicken hearts on skewers
Delicious, easy and elegant appetizer.

Ingredients

  • The pie

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

1. Chicken hearts, rinse, trim fat part, again rinse well and put into a bowl or container. For the marinade chop the garlic, add ginger, soy sauce, juice, oil, pepper. Mix it all together. To fill hearts with marinade, cover and leave for 30 minutes. I put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

2. Skewers soak in water for 30-40 minutes. Hearts, remove from the refrigerator, strung on skewers and cook on the grill until tender. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds..

3. If you are not able to fry hearts on fire, you can fry in a pan with olive or vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown, then pour into the pan with the strained marinade, put the skewers and saute them for another five minutes on low heat, with the lid closed. Bon appetit!
