Envelopes of pita with potatoes and mushrooms
Very often prepare these envelopes. Filling them can be quite different: from mashed potatoes with herbs, sweet fruit and berry jam. Today the mashed potatoes and decided to add sauteed mushrooms and onions. The pita, as always, it turns out thin and crispy, and the filling is very sweet! The spice aroma is maddening, and hand and reach for another envelope! I invite you to try it!

Cooking

Potatoes boiled in salted water with the addition of allspice until tender, then discarded the pepper, the water is drained, leaving a little for it to make a puree. Add finely chopped dill.

Mushrooms the rifling cubes, fill with water, bring to a boil, salt and cook for 10 minutes, then throws in a colander.

Cut onion into half rings, fry with vegetable oil until Golden brown, then add to the onions mushrooms, soy sauce and nutmeg, simmer 10-15 minutes.

Pita bread cut with scissors into squares with sides of about 12 cm From a large sheet of lavash I got 8 of these blanks around a square.

On each square put a spoonful of mashed potatoes with greens and mushrooms with onions, a little even out, pressing down, and then turn in the envelope.
