Rose-cakes
Typical Turkish cakes. The original name of "Gul Berek". The filling is different, the most popular, of course, meat and spinach-cheese.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    5 piece

  • Sausage

    500 g

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

Cooking

Take the Filo pastry, at-Turkish - yufka. Or a very thin pita.

In my case it is grated cooked sausage. In Turkey it's made of wood, without pork fat, dry. Rubbed perfectly!!!
