Sausages with buckwheat, meat and mushrooms
Delicious, mouth-watering homemade sausages. Made from buckwheat, minced meat and mushrooms. And obertochka just lovely - from rosy chicken skins.


  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Black pepper

To make home-made stuffing, crumble the onion finely (you can grind in a meat grinder together with meat). Buckwheat boil in salted water. 2 cups of water take 1 Cup of buckwheat. To cool down a bit.
Chop the mushrooms, put in frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Saute them until tender.
Minced onion, cooked and cooled buckwheat, mushrooms, all mix in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Disassemble chicken skin my. Sprinkle a little salt to taste, mix.
On the wide end skins, put the stuffing and wrap in the form of sausages.
Put all on a baking sheet. Oil to grease the baking sheet is not necessary. And put in a pre-heated oven. I heated the oven 10 minutes at 250 degrees, then put the baking sheet with the "sausage", lower the temperature to 200 degrees. In the oven "sausages" stand about 40 minutes. The resulting liquid is drained into a bowl.
