Lavash with cream cheese, herbs and omelette
Quick, hearty dish.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Salt

Ingredients + eggs and milk for scrambled eggs (pour the scrambled eggs were invented along the way, so these products are not pictured)

Greens chopped not too finely and mix well with cream cheese.

Lubricate the resulting cream on one layer of pita bread.

Cover with the second layer, slightly press.

Wrap in a flat, wide loaf.

Lay the strudel on a greased form the appropriate size (the edge of the roll, I buckled). In this way, you can already fry the rolls on plate with two sides, and you can go a little further: pour omletes mass and bake in the oven (I baked in a convection oven).

Ready roll cut into portions, serve with scrambled eggs and greens.
