It's time for me to share the secrets of fast cooking. All happens that will come to you unexpected guests (or child suddenly leads to your friends, or relatives, friends, husband, etc., etc.), and you have in the house a classic set of Russian mistress: potatoes, pasta, tin of food and half a loaf of bread. But the situation requires a holiday!?!? Helps me a fragrant oil, which is stored in the freezer. If you take it on Board, you can always make the simplest food flavor, whether it be porridge for Breakfast dining or evening soup vegetables. Today I will prepare three types of oil - two salty and sweet.

Here is a simple food, which I will try using aromatic oils to turn into a modest, but delicious and elegant dinner.

Prepare everything you need for oil. We need the oil at room temperature, so get it in advance. Oil with sun-dried pepper we take 3 peppers, sun-dried tomatoes (if not, then it is possible and without them), lime zest, herbs (Basil, cilantro or parsley), salt. The second kind: dill oil, dill, lemon zest, seeds kalindzhi, salt. For sweet fruit and nutty oil will take the dried fruit, nuts, juice (cognac).

So, kalindi perfectly with potatoes, and for meals with him, I chose him. If you don't have it, then take black pepper, freshly ground is better.

And for dessert - a favorite sweet butter with dried fruit and nuts. Dried choose any to your taste. I, for one, love simply with prunes and nuts - a feast for cereal or loaf. You can add nutmeg or cardamom. This time, I got dried cherries, strawberries, a little plum and dried strawberry. Nuts can also change, hazelnuts, cashews, peanuts..... I think you have already guessed that the oil can be flavored with your favorite herbs and spices. So. The dried fruit will cut and fill with juice if the oil will only have adults, you can cover them with brandy or rum for 30 minutes. Then drain the liquid and dry the berries on a napkin.
