Panna cotta
A very delicious dessert!

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Cream

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

We need such a gelatin

Soak in 150 g cold water for 10-15 minutes

Pour cream into a saucepan, put sugar, vanilla sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly

Reduce the heat, add gelatin, mix well, do not let it boil. Pour it into moulds or glasses

Put in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. The cotta can be served in the same molds in which it solidified, or to shake dessert plates. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
