Eateries rings in Indian style
How nice to get together with family and friends and have fun! There's no food anywhere! I suggest You make these wonderful rings, spicy, moderately spicy, pleasant Golden color!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    15 ml

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

Figure grind in a coffee grinder into flour, sift.

Add the flour and spices: salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika and red chili pepper.

A pot of water, put on fire and heat up to 80-90 degrees (but do not boil). Vegetable oil should also be heated. Gradually add water and oil to dry ingredients and knead the dough. It should be soft but hold its shape. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. (Water may need less, see the consistency. But flour is not much score, otherwise the rings will be very hard!)

The dough pinch off small pieces of dough. Roll into thin, small flagella. Both ends of the flagella to connect with each other to form a ring. Than thinner rings, the more they will be crispy. If you do fat will be solid. The finished ring before grilling, cover with a towel.

Heat the oil on medium heat until 180-190 degrees. Ring dipped in boiling oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until they become Golden and crisp, feels solid. But watch so they don't burn!

Put on paper towel to remove excess oil. Store in a dry, clean, airtight container.
