Cooking

step-0
To prepare this roll can take any beans. I chose Pinto red mottled from the "Mistral". Beans pre-soak for 4 hours, better (like me) for the night. Then drain off the water, pour fresh in the ratio of 1 to 5, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for about 2 hours.
step-1
The finished beans are thrown back on a colander so that all excess liquid glass.
step-2
Next, take a strip of bacon, finely chop and fry in a pan.
step-3
Onion peel, cut small cubes and fry until translucent in the bacon.
step-4
Cut into small cubes red bell pepper and thin strips petiolar celery. Fry onion for a few minutes.
step-5
Add finely cut dried or sun-dried tomatoes, salt, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers.
step-6
Mix all and set aside to cool.
step-7
Take cooked beans, add the egg, salt, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, dry herbs (I dill) and all grind in a blender into a paste.
step-8
Take chicken mince, add bean pasta and steamed vegetables. Stir it carefully. Add salt as needed.
step-9
On the table lay plastic wrap wetted with water. Put on top of beef, spread with hand. On the middle of forcemeat to put finely cut fresh herbs (I dill), followed by hunting.
step-10
With films connecting the edges of the roulade and transfer (perekidyvaem) on a pan. For convenience, covered the pan with foil.
step-11
On top of the roll in an overlap with diagonally placed strips of bacon.
step-12
Mix a tablespoon of mustard, honey and Worcestershire sauce. If not for this sauce, you can have soy sauce. Lubricated with a brush on top of meatloaf sauce. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven for 35-40 minutes for baking. 20 minutes after the start baking again grease the loaf with the sauce.
step-13
Ready to roll, give to cool slightly. It could be eaten both warm and cold.
step-14
When serving sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
