Phal from a tavern in tartlets
Phala - traditional dish of Georgian cuisine. Prepared with spinach, cabbage or beetroot leaves with walnuts, garlic and pepper. Before the shells out of the pita bread I made in the oven, and then found a faster way to microwave, I recommend. Serve in salads, and snacks. Only long filled tartlets keep, and it will get soggy.

Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Pomegranate juice

  • Adjika

    2 tsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Salt

For tartlets: take one sheet of thin Armenian lavash, it in the saucer cut out circles,
