Very beautiful and useful kompotik. A piece of summer in a jar.

Ingredients

  • Red currants

  • Raspberry

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Water

    2.5 l

Pour in the jar of berries (I have no regrets, pour a little more, so delicious and rich it turns out).

Boil the water, fill back the sugar and let it dissolve. The syrup needs to boil for a few minutes. Pour the boiling syrup up to the brim of the jar.
