Blueberry pancake with strawberries and mint
Like making pancakes? I love it for Breakfast with a Cup of coffee or milk. I propose a simple recipe for a delicious tender pancakes cooked on a dry pan. Prepared very quickly and simply. Pancakes tastier I have not tried yet, hope will like you. Berries can be any seasonal.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla

  • Blueberries

  • Strawberry

    10 piece

  • Mint

The number of products given 4 pieces per serving. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Melt butter in microwave, cool, add to egg mixture, pour the warm milk, continue whisking. Gradually pour the sifted flour with the baking powder, mix everything until smooth.
