Description

Quick eggplant
A dish for lovers of food with sour taste. When everyone tries to say: "Delicious, but cooking them probably for a long time". And cook for 10 minutes, tops. Good as an appetizer with boiled potatoes great quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Cut the onions and the eggplant quite groupno

In the pan type oil, heat, type onion, sugar, simmered over high heat (20 seconds)

Enter the eggplant, sauté (1 minute) stirring often (I stirred them tossing in the pan). The eggplant should be ready.

Enter cloves, salt, pepper, Bay leaf. Last but not least the vinegar and close the lid. Hold at heat for 30 seconds.

Open the lid and stir. Remove from heat. Enter dill, garlic (squeeze). Adjust salt to taste. Cover let rest. You can eat immediately or put in a jar and in the fridge.
