Cake of the liver pancakes
According to the plan, the house must still be Christmas trees and snowman. But, came to our dad and treacherously cut off a piece while I ran to the market for dill.   • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Daikon

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sour cream

  • Leavening agent

Cooking

Liver rinse, remove the ducts, veins, cut into pieces. Mince together with onion. Add the egg, milk, flour, salt, baking powder and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix well. (I whip it with a mixer).

Mushrooms finely chop, fry in vegetable oil.

Cucumber RUB on a small grater. Grate daikon, excess juice squeeze, spread evenly on a flat dish.

Collect the house. In the middle of the food spread pancakes with a sauce of sour cream and mayonnaise, with chopped garlic. Sprinkle with mushrooms.
