Cooking
Our future soup (there is no photo cabbage - not got the shot).
The soup I usually cook with half the onions and a few peas of pepper, a piece of beef on the bone.
While cooking the broth: cut the potatoes in cubes, cut cabbage (or cut into cubes), onions finely cut, three carrots, release the tomato skin, cut it into cubes, cut the peppers also diced. For example, cabbage.
When the broth is ready (~2 hours), take out his meat (put off to cool down), onions and peppers - throw away. Sent the chopped potatoes.
While the potatoes are boiling, fry the onion until transparent.
Add to the onions carrots, peppers and tomato. Parboil for 7-10 minutes.

When the potatoes starts to boil, salt it and put in a pan of cabbage.
Allow to cook for about 15 minutes. At this time, finely chop the garlic. Then put in a pan of our dressing and finely chopped garlic.
Another 5-10 minutes later tasting broth, doselevel, if needed, pepper, put a Bay leaf.
