Quince have a lot of advantages and only two disadvantages: it is difficult to clean and even harder to slice.

  • Quince

  • Sugar

  • Water

  • Citric acid

Mature fruits to sort, wash well in running water, cut into slices, remove the seed box. It is important to carefully remove the nitty gritty, because it remains solid even after dogoy cooking.
