Cut out the vol-AU-vents and bake until it will turn brown (I have not risen nearly as I hurried to the end of the dough, apparently, is thawed). So cut out from sheets of dough cut out circles (I cut the glass) and then cut slices from the middle (I did half the packing of toothpicks)... Cut out the middle, mash with your fingers until the diameter of the resulting ring - this will be the bottom.... On the bottom lay a ring, and it turns out to be "well"

10 minutes - and done! Fill the vol-AU-vents with paté and spread in a "nest" egg [:-} [:-} [:-}
