The meatballs country-style potatoes
This is a simple but very tasty dish! To prepare meatballs it is best to use ground beef and mushrooms to take a forest. At garnish can submit mashed potatoes or rice.

Bread (preferably without the crust) soaked in milk. In forcemeat add the egg, finely chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper to taste, stir in soaked bread.
Carefully knead the minced meat, I also definitely knock the stuffing to become smooth and tight.
Formed into round patties and breaded them in flour.
In a frying pan with a thick bottom to heat the oil and fry it chops on both sides (until cooked to bring not necessary), and remove from heat.
To make the sauce. In a saucepan melt the butter, put chopped onion and fry it.
Then add to the onions sliced mushrooms and fry them. I use pre-thawed wild mushrooms. You can take mushrooms or oyster mushrooms, but with wild mushrooms, the dish turns out more fragrant and tastier. Sprinkle mushrooms with flour, a little fry, stirring constantly.
Add sour cream, stir and pour in the boiled water, enough to get the sauce the desired thickness. Salt sauce to taste.
Spread the sauce to the meatballs, cover and simmer over low heat 15-20 minutes.
Preferably once to turn the chops during cooking. Bon appetit!
