Liver-mushroom pate-the toppings
The pate is delicious, flavorful and hearty. It can take on nature, on the road.

Ingredients

  • Liver Turkey

    300 g

  • Carrots

    180 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Roots

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Rosemary

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Liver washed under running water, put in a pan, filled with hot and brought to a boil. The water poured and put into the pan with the liver onions, carrots, pre-fried mushrooms and poured the broth. Added roots, rosemary, pepper, salt, Bay leaf and cooked until tender carrots. Then add the butter.

Then put in a pot of boiled eggs, I added Kikkoman soy sauce and shredded the contents of the hand blender into paste.
