Description
My garden has grown a gorgeous sorrel. It is impossible not to use it in cooking. Tasty and healthy, with a pleasant acidity. Combined it with a "nest" and get a kind of small open pie.

Cooking
Saute sorrel in butter 2-3 min. to remove excess acid, sprinkle it with a pinch of sugar. At the end add the chopped green onions.
Cheese grate on a coarse cheese on a small grater, eggs, lightly beat.
Boil the nest until almost cooked, don't overcook. Gently lay them over the cups. I took 6, one nest unfolded.
Cheese, cheese (leave some for sprinkling), eggs, sorrel, onion mix, add a pinch of nutmeg, freshly ground pepper and salt as needed. I salt was not added, as the cheese had salty.
On top of the nest to spread the filling, sprinkle cheese that you have left.
